We are looking for dedicated and talented individuals for our Kuala Lumpur Office due to our expansion in the Asia Pacific region. Come join us as:


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (INBOUND) for our Kuala Lumpur Office due to our expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining the highest possible standard of customer service to members in accordance with our Client’s Program _object_ives.

The key functions include:-
- Answering inbound phone calls and ensuring that member enquiries are responded to and acted on it promptly
- Responsible for airline redemption bookings via the Central Reservation System and managing members’ information through member
data_base_
- Document and track issues that require additional investigation and follow through on any unresolved enquires within promised time
_frame_
- Acting on all incoming correspondences pertaining to Members’ enquiries
- Resolving difficult customer issues that arise or escalate complaints to the Team Leader
- Coach and educate members on the value-add products, such as website functions, and overall benefits of the program.

Requirements:-
- Ability to work shifts on a rotational roster
- Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills essential
- Relevant working experience in airline, ticketing or travel preferred
- Experience in call centre/customer service, preferably with a multi-national contact centre desirable
- Ability to commence work immediately
