Job description:

Responsibilities:

1) Daily general accounting and administration matters.
2) Monitor Accounts Receivable (Credit Control).
3) Daily generation of expenses in accounts payable.
4) To ensure completeness of invoices, delivery orders and other supporting documents before transactions generated.
5) Update vendor invoices.
6) Cheques issuing (monthly & ad-hoc basis).
7) Data & journal entries for posting into accounting system.
8) Proper filing of documents.
9) Responsible for any ad-hoc report or project.

Skills:

Requirements:

1) Min LCCI Diploma or its equivalent
2) Knowledge of Administration will be an added advantage.
3) Meticulous and organized, good with figures and ability to work with minimum supervision.
4) A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) Shows good initiative and able to meet deadlines.
6) Computer literate.
7) Bilingual in English and Chinese.
