| Job description: |
Responsibilities:
1) Management of the daily operations and overall accounting functions;
2) Able to supervise finance team in a manufacturing environment;
3) Responsible for treasury, account payable / account receivables / inter-company accounts / general ledger / fixed assets functions;
4) Provide timely reporting for all accounting, financial reports and budget;
5) To maintain integrity of the financial reporting system and to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and management reports for the Group and quarterly SGX reporting;
6) Establishing and/or reviewing policies, procedures and systems to maintain proper financial records, accounting control and process improvement;
7) Liaising with bankers, auditors, tax consultants and all levels of staff.

| Skills: |
Requirements:
1) Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ Professional qualification finalist;
2) Relevant exposure in manufacturing industries with minimum 3-4 years working experience;
3) Able to evaluate, understand and improve accounting processes and internal controls;
4) Possess good working attitude, strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, strong analytical skills as well as good organizational and presentation skills; and a team player who is able to interact with people at all levels;
5) Competence in Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in AS400;
6) Good command of written & spoken English. |
