Responsibilities:
1) CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (DAMANSARA,KELANA JAYA,PJ,KL,SHAH ALAM)
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Computer literate and good written, spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
Preferably with experience in customer service and telemarketing.
SALARY FROM RM1,200 TO RM 2,000
2) CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (PJ,PENANG)
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Computer literate and good written, spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
Preferably with experience in customer service and telemarketing.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding/ Shipping/ Shipping/ Logistics/ Haulage/ Cargo.
SALARY FROM RM1,600 TO RM2,300
3) CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (TTDI,KL)
To provide support to all partners request
To receive and support walk in customers for repair
To ensure that all job orders are issue with customer's authorisation.
To ensure that all vechile in service centre are inspected for body exterior damages before acceptance and duly inform the customer
To ensure that all warranty parts replaced are return Warranty Section for further analysis and claim process
SALARY FROM RM1,200 TO RM1,800
4) CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (SHAH ALAM)
Degree Holder, preferably in science background.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Computer literate and good written, spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
Preferably with experience in customer service and telemarketing.
SALARY FROM RM1,800 to RM2,500
5) CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (KOTA DAMANSARA)
Must be willing to travel, servicing of existing sales account and develop new sales account & achieving sales targets.
Willing to hands on with products and doing demonstation.
Preferably with at least 2 years in industrial sales or techinical working or Customer Service
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing
Salary from RM2,000 to RM2,500

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in KELANA JAYA,PJ,KL,DAMANSARA,SHAH ALAM,PENANG
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably junior executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
