Job description:
Responsibilities:

1) Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, pre/post contract administration and detailed Bills of Quantities.
2) Perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements.
3) To prepare quotations, progress claims and submission of samples to clients/consultants.
4) Practice excellent data entry, document management and filing.
5) Able to analyze and check construction plans to ensure there are no discrepancies.
6) Any other functions assigned by immediate superior and above.
Skills: Requirements:

1) Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Technology / Construction Management or equivalent.
2) Minimum of 1 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
3) Able to work independently with initiative and pro-active mindset including coping with demanding work schedules beyond normal working hours.
4) Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working experience in stone industries is an advantage.
5) Fresh graduate will also be considered.
