Responsibilities:
1)Managing the condition monitoring service team to achieve the sales performance and support of condition monitoring (vibration monitoring) products & services;
2) Plan and identify business opportunities;
3) Develop sales and marketing activities to generate sales;
4) Provide application advice to pre & post service jobs;
5) Carry out product demonstration and training;
6) Provide technical services to customers on vibration monitoring & analysis, vibration diagnostic and monitoring program set-up;
7) Product after sales installation follow-up & advice;
8) Other related tasks. |

Skills:
|
Requirements:
1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years related experience in sales, marketing and people management;
2) Experience and general understanding of the functioning of common machinery as well as familarization of the process of common industries;
3) Knowledge of vibration application will be an added advantage and able to demonstrate a keen business attitude;
4) Good interpersonal & communication skills in English, B.Malaysia & Mandarin;
5) Aggressive, result oriented, a team player and self motivated;
6) Computer literate with good analytical mind; and,
7) Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia. |
